How much could your friends or relatives tell you about your health? About which organs, acupuncture channels, glands etc. are not working 100%? Or which supplements you need and which foods might be a problem?
The one to ask - to get the full picture of your body's needs is .. .. your body itself! and this can be done with Kinesiology (kin-easy-ology).
The basis of it all is using gentle muscle tests to 'communicate' with your body to identify areas of imbalance and to find the optimum corrections for them. We 'ask' about the physical components, the emotions, nutrition, and the energies. We correct with touch, magnets, gems or essences, whichever your body requires. 20 years experience helps too!
Migraines, muscular problems, stress, 'feeling under the weather', and many other conditions respond to this approach. We can work with babies and children, and their mothers, both before and after birth. Since the little ones cannot do the muscle tests we can use mother or another person as a surrogate, as I do with my grandchildren.
